Founded in 1980, and earning charitable status in 1981, the John C. Fremont Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) with a mission to strengthen the rural communities of the John C. Fremont Healthcare District (JCFHD) to maximize health through partnership and philanthropy. Our vision is a healthy, well-informed community. We strengthen our communities by working together to achieve mutual health goals. Our philanthropic partnerships with JCFHD and the communities it serves span over 40 years.
